Given,
Mass of ball $0.05\;kg$
Initial Velocity $(u) = 10\;m/s$
Final Velocity $(v) = (-10\;m/s)$  [Opposite in direction]
No. of striking $(n) = 4$ times
Time taken $(t) = 2\;sec$
Average force on wall $(F) = \;?$
We have,

$F = $$\frac{n(mv-mu)}{t}$    =    $\frac{4(10\;*\;0.05 - (-10 \;*\;0.05))}{2}$    =    $2\;N$
